Product Manager/Designer for Tenant Management Software (Experience in Yardi, DoorLoop Preferred)

We are building an enterprise-grade tenant management software tailored for commercial real estate needs. To ensure we create a market-fit solution, we are looking for a Product Manager with a strong design sense and experience in property management software. Your role will involve: Competitor Research: Conducting an in-depth analysis of international competitors (e.g., Yardi, DoorLoop, Argus) to identify industry best practices. User & Business Interviews: Engaging with real estate professionals to uncover key pain points and translate them into product requirements. MVP Development Plan: Structuring a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) scope that clearly defines features, workflows, and user experience to be handed off to engineers for development. Collaboration with Experts: Your work will be reviewed by a real estate consultant and an experienced product manager to ensure industry relevance. ? ? Deliverables: 1- Comprehensive Research Report – A full analysis of Tenant Management Software competitors, industry trends, and gaps in the market. 2- Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) – Clearly defined requirements for the core features of the MVP, ensuring technical feasibility and user needs are addressed. 3- MVP UI/UX Design – A functional design prototype that engineers can use to begin development, ensuring a smooth user experience from the start. Ideal Candidate: We are looking for a product manager with: ? Experience in property management software (Yardi, DoorLoop, Argus, or similar) ? Strong UX/UI understanding to ensure intuitive design ? Excellent market research & competitive analysis skills ? Ability to conduct user interviews and extract key insights ? Clear documentation skills to translate findings into actionable product plans ?
