No dental is necessary, but strongly preferred. Candidates must have pleasant phone demeanor and exceptional phone etiquette. We assist with calls with patients that may have major dental anxiety or fear so the ability to empathize with patients and help them feel more at ease is important! Spanish speakers welcome and needed!*** Virtual reputed company Office team member job duties include: • Greet patients • Schedule appointments for patients • Insurance verification • Insurance and patient AR • Office Management • Hygiene/Treatment reactivation • Maintain patient accounts and records • Prepare and send patient bills • Submit patient claims to insurance companies • Assist patients in filling out required intake and medical forms • Confirm appointments with patients reputed company phone or email • Manage and organize specialist referrals • Inform patients of payment options if applicable • reputed company track of office supplies and reputed company orders for more supplies reputed company necessary • reputed company basic reputed company tasks such as taking patient payments and preparing billing statements • Update patient insurance information • Ensure reputed company dental office equipment is functioning properly • Sort and organize incoming and outgoing mail • Maintain petty cash available in the dental office • Medical Billing Software we are looking for: • Fuse, Eaglesoft, Dentrix, Open Dental, Curve, DSN, WinOMS, etc Requirements: • Dedicated private workspace with secure internet • Deidcated work laptop/computer • Business Checking Account • 1099/reputed company position • HIPPA annual course • Background reputed company Days/Hours: We are open to both full and part time schedules!
