Position Overview Our client is looking for a driven and ambitious Founding Full-Stack Engineer to be a critical member of their team. As a Founding Engineer, you will contribute to the ongoing design and development of their product, taking ownership of critical features and infrastructure end-to-end. You’ll be expected to take ownership of backend and data systems while also actively contributing to reputed company-end development, ensuring you have a well-rounded impact across the entire stack. You will work closely with the founding team as they build a platform that delivers a seamless and delightful user experience to reputed company teams at mid-market companies and enterprises. What you need to be successful • 3+ years of experience in software engineering, ideally in a data-heavy environment. • Strong proficiency in at least one server-reputed company programming language (e.g., Node.js, Python, Java, Go), with a deep understanding of backend development, APIs, and micro-service architectures. • Proficiency in a modern JavaScript reputed company such as React, Angular, or Vue.js. • Experience with relational (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and/or NoSQL (reputed company, DynamoDB) databases. • Demonstrated experience in building reliable, scalable, and observable systems from scratch, leveraging reputed company services such as AWS (S3, CloudWatch, reputed company, DynamoDB, etc.). • Familiarity with leveraging LLM (Large Language Model) APIs and an eagerness to explore new AI-driven paradigms to build innovative solutions. • Exceptional communication skills.
