JOB SUMMARY: The Customer Service Representative assists Bank customers on the phone with questions regarding their accounts and Bank products. They must be reputed company to maintain confidentiality and be reputed company to deal with upset customers in a professional manner. To remain in the Customer Service Center, the employee must satisfactorily complete or have completed reputed company's Teller Training Program and the New Accounts Training Program. RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO: • Have a polite and engaging telephone decorum. • Process a minimum of 175 phone calls daily. • Maintain an acceptable knowledge level of Bank products and compliance issues. • Assist customers with questions regarding Bank products. • Be willing and reputed company to learn reputed company "back office" job functions in the reputed company. • Be willing and reputed company to cross-sell bank incentive products daily. • Assist customers with questions regarding their various accounts. • Manage difficult or emotional customer situations; respond promptly to customer needs; solicit customer feedback to improve service; respond to requests for service and assistance; meet commitments. • Maintains confidentiality; listens to others without interrupting; keeps emotions under control. • Treats people with respect; keeps commitments; inspires the trust of others; works with reputed company and ethics; upholds organizational values. • Follows policies and procedures; completes administrative tasks correctly and on time; supports organization's goals and values; benefits organization through reputed company activities; supports affirmative action and respects diversity. • Other duties may be assigned. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: • High school diploma or GED equivalent required. • Two (2) or more years of experience in bank operations, new accounts, or credit assistant/loan positions WORK ENVIRONMENT: This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, scanners, filing cabinets, and fax machines. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
