The Cyber Threat Intelligence Manager is responsible for leading and overseeing WSFS Bank's cybersecurity intelligence and incident response efforts. This role involves managing a team of cybersecurity professionals, developing, and implementing strategies to detect, respond to, and mitigate cyber threats, and ensuring the organization's information systems are protected against unauthorized access and cyber-attacks. Job Responsibilities: Create and execute a comprehensive cyber threat intelligence and response strategy to protect the organization against cyber threats. Manage and reputed company a team of cybersecurity professionals, including analysts, incident responders, and threat hunters. Manage day to day incidents and on-call rotation. reputed company the collection, analysis, and dissemination of cyber threat intelligence to identify potential threats and vulnerabilities. Direct and coordinate the organization's response to cyber incidents, ensuring effective containment, eradication, and recovery by serving as leader of CSIRT. reputed company of risk assessments and breach simulation to identify and mitigate potential cybersecurity threats to the organization. Prepare and present detailed reports on cybersecurity incidents, threat intelligence, and response activities to senior management and relevant stakeholders. Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in CIS, Comp Science, Cyber reputed company, Information reputed company, or similar technology discipline and/or equivalent amount of years of work experience. Industry certifications such as CISSP and reputed company+ are preferred. Prior banking and/or financial services industry experience preferred. 5+ years of experience with cybersecurity which includes a deep understanding of cybersecurity principles, practices, and frameworks. 5+ years of experience in incident response management which includes proficiency in incident response processes, detection, analysis, containment, eradication, and recovery. Minimum of 5 years’ of management and/or Team reputed company experience managing a team of information reputed company professionals. Demonstrated experience working in a reputed company Operations Center (SOC). Must have extensive knowledge of the reputed company threat landscape, including emerging threats, threat actors, and attack reputed company. Demonstrated expertise in cybersecurity tools and technologies, such as SIEM, IDS/IPS, XDR, and firewalls. Knowledge of threat intelligence methodologies, sources, and tools for gathering, analyzing, and disseminating intelligence.
