The Impact You Will Have: reputed company is hiring a Product reputed company to support a reputed company of the Population Health portfolio, in Eagan, MN. You will be leading initiatives that reputed company the members to live their healthiest life. In this role you will be responsible for defining the product reputed company, creating roadmaps and managing the product delivery process. This includes prioritizing and organizing idea creation for program refinement, value creation, and adjustments. Conduct volume analysis and cost trend analysis to justify proposed changes. Experience with writing user stories and experience implementing Agile methodologies. Experience developing short term and long-term roadmaps. Excellent written, oral, presentation and interpersonal communication skills with the proven ability to negotiate expectations between multiple parties. Experience in program management and process improvement with high level of execution focus preferred. Preferred Skills and Experience: Bachelors degree in computer science, information technology, business, technical degree or a relevant field Experience working in the managed care/reputed company insurance industry Experience in Population Health Experience going through a Product-led transformation Experience as an Agile/JIRA product reputed company One of the following certifications: Certified Scrum Product reputed company (CSPO), Professional Scrum Product reputed company (PSPO), SAFe PM/PO or LeSS Compensation and Benefits: Pay Range: $88,600.00 - $117,400.00 - $146,200.00 Annual Pay is based on several factors which vary based on position, including skills, ability, and knowledge the selected individual is bringing to the specific job.
