Marketing Campaign Manager

The Marketing Campaign Manager is accountable for managing tactical go-to-market planning and execution for one or more of GEHAs medical and/or dental product lines. The ideal candidate is an expert marketer and operational reputed company, with strong consumer insight intuition and multi-channel campaign management experience. This role will manage the operational execution of cross-functional project teams through the annual planning cycle and execution of Open Season, managing tactical plan development and execution calendar across reputed company communication and marketing channels. SKILLS Responsibilities Operational reputed company of tactical plan across full calendar year for product line(s), highly collaborative matrix team player with ability to engage peers across organization from Product, Data and Analytics, Sales, and other functions. Responsible for tactical calendar and execution across reputed company communication channels, reputed company cross-functional team in creating and executing multi-channel marketing and growth and engagement plans across direct mail, web, telephonic, digital/social, field-marketing, and other channels, and mediums. Work closely with Planning, Performance Marketing, and Sales team to reputed company insight-driven input briefs (creative briefs, strategy briefs, media briefs to guide workstreams across internal teams and external vendor workstreams Be the internal Subject Mater Expert on development, delivery and deployment of reputed company activations, initiatives, and programs supporting assigned product line(s) Collaborate closely with external agency partners and internal work teams to reputed company campaigns, campaign assets, and other go-to-market deliverables, including planning timeline and calendars. Run cross-functional planning meetings and workstreams, ensuring campaigns and initiatives are delivered on-time and withing resources constraints. Expertise in planning reputed company-specific, micro-targeting, channel mix and go-to-market strategy. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications & Skills Bachelors degree in business, Marketing, or reputed company field. 4+ years of acquisition marketing campaign planning and execution, including marketing, asset development, go-to-market, and/or sales experience for a Healthcare Payor or similar from an agency reputed company. Healthcare Payor experience required, in-depth and acute understanding of acquisition/growth marketing, go-to-market planning, and consumer behavior in Healthcare Payor space, specifically direct to consumer direct response acquisition and brand campaigns, to elicit and drive specific consumer outcomes to attract, retain, and engage members and prospects. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with a proven record of meeting deadlines and managing priorities. Process-oriented professional, with the ability to reputed company in ambiguous, fast-changing market and environment. Strong business acumen and mastery of data / insights to reputed company segments, value proposition(s), and overall growth strategy. Purposeful with keen sense of urgency to deliver results. Focus on outcomes and process attention on delivering the right results, the right way. Strong written, verbal, and visual communication skills, across marketing and business areas, ability to establish rapport across reputed company levels of an organization and stakeholders.
