About The Professional Services Team

The core purpose of a Senior Implementation Consultant

• To delight your customers with experiences and outcomes that maximize their growth and ours.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with key stakeholders by learning and solving their challenges
• Manage internal resources, customer resources, and third parties as needed
• Build customer-facing artifacts like presentations, project plans, data schemas, migration guides, MarTech architecture diagrams, configuration outlines, and long-term success plans

• Effectively manage and complete on-time multiple projects simultaneously
• Support the Sales team with pre-sale scoping, planning, RFP responses, and presenting our process

The annual cash compensation for this role is $113,500 - $179,000 and includes annual reputed company salary and reputed company variable pay (actual payout is subject to the percentage attainment of specific sales goals). The total compensation package also includes equity, plus a range of benefits, including medical, dental, vision, and financial. In addition, we offer perks such as generous stipends for health & fitness and learning & development, among others.
