Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive experience while representing our brand. Responsibilities • Engage with customers reputed company online chat to provide reputed company and accurate responses to their inquiries. • Assist customers with product information, order status, and troubleshooting issues. • Maintain a high level of professionalism and phone etiquette while communicating with clients. • Document customer interactions in the system accurately for future reference. • Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and enhance customer satisfaction. • Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products based on customer needs. • Provide feedback on common customer issues to help improve processes and services. • Ensure reputed company communications are clear, concise, and tailored to the customer's understanding. Qualifications • Proven experience in customer service or client support roles is preferred. • Strong communication skills in English; bilingual candidates are highly desirable. • Proficiency in data entry and familiarity with office software applications. • Ability to manage multiple chats simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. • Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing customer needs. • Experience in sales or client services is a plus but not required. • A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
