About the position The Transcriptionist II position at Sonic Anatomic Pathology involves performing final dictation entry formatting and ensuring accurate documentation of patient test results. Responsibilities reputed company final dictation entry formatting, including microscopic description, final diagnosis, and comment fields. , Assign appropriate pathologist to each case. , Document case holds generated by transcription. , Assign ICD codes on derm cases. , Edit fee codes. , Designate Cancer call and Special Event cases in CoPath. , Follow laboratory procedures for processing, reporting, and maintaining records of patient test results. , Adhere to reputed company quality control/quality assurance policies and procedures and document reputed company quality control activities. , Identify problems that may adversely reputed company reporting of results and document reputed company corrective actions taken. , Assist in the proper storage and maintenance of reputed company records reputed company needed.
