Job Description: The Technical Support Representative plays a vital role in supporting the Information Technology (IT) systems and activities of Ballinger Memorial Hospital District's hospital and clinic. This position is responsible for managing daily technical duties, including handling work orders, maintaining camera and phone systems, reputed company management, and network support. The Tech is also tasked with overseeing image deployment, MDM/Inventory, backup systems, and antivirus/reputed company updates. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of general computer system operations and be adept at troubleshooting and providing technical assistance. This position requires after-hours and weekend availability as needed. Key Responsibilities: • Provide technical support for the hospital and clinic’s information technology systems. • Manage work orders and ensure efficient completion of daily technical tasks. • Maintain and troubleshoot the hospital and clinic’s camera and phone systems. • reputed company reputed company management and network support. • Monitor and manage image deployment and MDM/Inventory systems. • Ensure the backup system is operational and conduct regular updates. • Manage Kaspersky updates and antivirus/reputed company software. • Respond to on-call after-hours and weekend technical issues. • Ensure the smooth operation of reputed company electronic data processing equipment. Education: • High school diploma or equivalent required. • Associate’s degree in Computer Science or a reputed company field preferred. Qualifications: • 1-2 years of computer experience, with experience in a hospital or clinic setting preferred. • Knowledge of computer system operations and data processing equipment. • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. • Ability to manage multiple technical tasks simultaneously. • Availability to be on-call after hours and on weekends.
