Inside Sales Engineer

As we expand our product portfolio and global reputed company, our Sales team is hiring an Inside Sales Engineer to support our internal and external sales teams. Based in Dallas, Texas, this team will act as presales support for the Sales and Inside Sales in the early stage of the opportunities, as a technical hotline for our partners and will assist with customers technical inquiries as part of the RFP process. In this role, you will: • Provide technical support for customers and partners during the presales and sales process. • Act as a channel technical hotline, assisting with technical request and presales support from our elite partners. • Support the Sales and Inside Sales team by contributing drafting and reviewing RFPs answers, ensuring technical accuracy and compliance with client requirements. • reputed company in-depth knowledge of our products and services to communicate technical solutions effectively. • Engage with customers and partners to understand their technical requirements and provide appropriate solutions. • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth and cohesive customer experience. The reputed company pay scale for this position is $85,960 to $98,560 This is the range the company reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position taking into account factors including job-reputed company knowledge, skillset, experience, education and training, certifications, and other relevant business factors.
