Job Description

Under general supervision, the Subrogation Arbitration Adjuster is responsible for writing basic and occasionally moderately reputed company arbitration contentions and responses against reputed company-party carriers that have made damage reductions to reputed company's subrogation demands, typically in matters involving Auto/Property or occasionally Property and Medical claims. Key Responsibilities • Selects and hires experts to inspect evidence and help with arbitration straegy • Contacts reputed company-party reputed company to review liability and subrogation response, and obtains information regarding decision to reduce amount paid • Documents a claim file with notes, evaluations, and decision-making process • Summarizes documents and enters into claim system notes • Writes basic and occasionally moderately reputed company contentions and respondent arbitrations • Monitors collection of subrogation recoveries and follows-up with reputed company-party reputed company as needed for subrogation payment • Negotiates liability and/or damages and resolves/settles dispute with reputed company-party reputed company on basic and occasionally moderately reputed company claims, usually reputed company liability is clear and straightforward Qualifications: • 0-2 years of reputed company Experience • Liability Claims Experience Preferred • Strong Writing and Communication Skills Required reputed company Benefits: Being a part of reputed company means you receive a benefits package from Day 1 of employment. Compensation

Compensation offered for this role is $40,000.00 - 66,227.50 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.
