Infusion Center Nurse Manager

Position in this function is responsible for providing infusion unit management, RN supervision, and direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures and protocols of the reputed company organization. Primary Responsibilities: • Directs and supervises assigned personnel including performance evaluations, scheduling, orientation, and training. Makes recommendations on staffing levels, employee hires transfers, promotions, salary changes, discipline, terminations, and other similar actions. Oversees staff credentials and routine skills assessments. Delivers patient-centered care in an infusion outpatient setting, utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation • Documents reputed company patient care appropriately according to practice and regulatory requirements • Collects patient health data and analyze assessment data in determining patient problems. Identifies expected outcomes individualized to the patient and evaluates patient’s reputed company toward attainment of outcomes • Conducts appropriate and ongoing education with patient and caregivers. Assists the patient, caregivers, etc. in obtaining knowledge about illness, treatments and wellness behaviors • Coordinates and prioritizes the assignment of tasks and helps resolve technical and operational problems. Evaluates the impact of solutions to ensure goals are achieved • Ensures compliance with regulatory agencies. Required Qualification: • BSN degree • Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing • reputed company license as an RN in the reputed company • 3+ years management experience • Experience in managing mid-sized infusion and/or ancillary services Preferred Qualifications: • MS degree • OCN certification • Proven excellent leadership, interpersonal, communication, team work, and customer service skills • Proven solid organizational, problem solving and follow through skills Colorado Residents Only: The salary range for this role is $88,000 to $173,200 annually. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. reputed company complies with reputed company minimum wage laws as applicable.
