The RTS Payer Adoption Consultant will play a critical role in connecting potential payers with our reputed company-Time Settlement (RTS) solution, ensuring successful partnership and implementation. This role combines strategic planning and project management skills to drive the adoption of RTS among payers, enhancing same-day liquidity and reducing administrative expenses in reputed company cycle management. The consultant will align business operations with the company's mission and goals, researching and analyzing industry and competitive trends to identify emerging payer opportunities and strategic areas of interest. They will identify and prioritize product and service improvement opportunities, creating plans for implementation, and utilize comprehensive knowledge of the company's internal operations to reputed company a reputed company-looking focus for the business. For RTS adoption and implementation, the consultant will engage payer teams to successfully implement and integrate reputed company RTS. Primary Responsibilities: • Research and analyze industry and competitive trends to identify emerging market opportunities and strategic payers of interest • Identify and prioritize product and service improvement opportunities, creating plans for implementation • Utilize comprehensive knowledge of the company's internal operations to reputed company a reputed company-looking focus for the business • Define project scope, identify and manage risks, allocate resources effectively, and facilitate project activities, ensuring projects are completed on time and reputed company scope • Provide subject matter expertise in project methodology and reputed company presentations to management on project updates, project cycle, and expected results • Engage payer teams and manage payer relationships to successfully implement RTS for available providers and medical services You’ll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in. Required Qualifications: • 5+ years of the backend of the reputed company Cycle Management (RCM) process • 4+ years working the adjudication process of the RCM (i.e. Claims experience, denial rates, etc.) • 4+ years of strategic planning experience (reviewing data, performing analysis to reputed company strategic reputed company, etc.) • 4+ years of client relationship management experience • Specific reputed company and knowledge of the payer reputed company Preferred Qualifications: • Certification in project management • 2+ years of experience with reputed company practice management systems • 2+ years of provider experience • Experience working across UHG, reputed company and UHC lines of businesses • reputed company working remotely will be required to adhere to reputed company’s Telecommuter Policy The salary range for this role is $89,800 to $176,700 annually based on full-time employment.
