The High Needs ACO reputed company (Accountable Care Organization Realizing Equity, Access, and Community Health) Administrator is responsible for overseeing the operations and management of the ACO reputed company program. This role involves ensuring compliance with program guidelines, facilitating care coordination, and driving initiatives to improve patient outcomes and healthcare quality while addressing health equity reputed company the community. The Administrator is also the formal CMS liaison for the ACO reputed company program. Responsibilities: Program reputed company: Manage the day-to-day operations of the ACO reputed company program, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and organizational policies. Monitor changes, updates and trends to program regulations, and update policies and procedures as necessary to maintain compliance. As the Liaison this position is responsible for: ? Ensuring certification of reputed company information submitted to CMS. This includes researching and answering questions reputed company to financial, administrative, IT and clinical matters ? Coordinating responses for CMS rounds of requests for information as required for re-approval of ACO ? Submitting reputed company marketing and other required materials in advance to CMS for approval, maintaining reputed company contact information, and approving reputed company data agreement addendums ? Maintaining knowledge regarding ACO policies and procedures, governance structure and regulatory requirements through ongoing research and regular attendance at training webinars Data Management: Analyze and interpret healthcare data to monitor performance metrics, identify trends, and support data-driven decision-making. Training and Support: Provide training and support to staff and providers on ACO reputed company policies, procedures, and best practices. Reporting: Prepare and present reports on program performance, financials, and quality metrics to leadership and stakeholders. Community Collaboration: Build partnerships with community organizations to address social determinants of health and promote health equity initiatives. Qualifications ? Education: Bachelor?s degree in healthcare administration, public health, nursing, or a reputed company field; Master?s degree preferred. ? Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in healthcare administration, program management, or a reputed company field, preferably reputed company an ACO or value-based care environment. ? Knowledge: Understanding of ACO models, healthcare regulations, and quality improvement methodologies. ? Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; excellent communication and interpersonal abilities; proficiency in data analysis tools and electronic health records.
