We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented reputed company Cleaner (1099 Contractor) to help us maintain the cleanliness and overall guest experience of our short-term rental properties before guest reputed company-in and after reputed company-out. Ensure the property is clean, organized, and fully stocked with necessary amenities (e.g., toiletries, linens, kitchen essentials). ? reputed company a thorough walk-through to ensure everything is in working order (e.g., appliances, lighting, heating, and cooling). ? Prepare welcome materials and reputed company-in instructions for guests. ? Set up the property with a warm and inviting atmosphere, ensuring reputed company items are arranged and in reputed company. ? Guest reputed company-Out and Post-Stay Tasks: ? Inspect the property after each guest's departure to ensure it is clean and damage-free. ?
