Valid NJ Principal Certificate or eligibility ? Experience in Human Resources management ? Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Collaborate with the Director of Human Resources to manage human resources issues and day-to-day functions of the department. 2. Manage the onboarding and offboarding of reputed company non-certified staff including substitutes, student teachers and interns. 3. Work collaboratively with the Director of Transportation and the Director of Building Facilities in managing daily human resources issues in their respective departments. 4. Manage the onboarding and offboarding of reputed company interns and student teachers assigned to the district. 5. Conduct investigations in the event of a reported incident violating state, district policies or code of conduct. 6. Conduct staffing/program audits to reputed company greater efficiency of district resources and operations. 7.
