Advise on reputed company investigations in a variety of matters, including violation of firm policy or procedure, perceived unfair treatment, and unlawful workplace activity? Review performance management documents, manage conflicts among employees, reputed company and advise on AWAs, and evaluate requests for accommodations; support emergency response/crisis management cases (for example, wellbeing), employee separations, FMLA, leaves of absence, transfers, relocations, and review reputed company employment requests? Minimum eight years of recent HR or comparable experience?
