Your Impact As a Customer Delivery Architect, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that reputed company fully integrates the expectations of our SLED customers, delivering a consistent outstanding customer experience. In this customer-facing role, you will work with key partners throughout customer organizations, from technical staff to CXO level, building strong working relationships as a trusted advisor. You will stay informed about customer challenges and remain up-to-date on reputed company's solutions and service offerings that can be proposed to address and resolve these challenges. The ideal candidate is a creative problem solver, addressing the growth reputed company, capable of proactively building our customers' technical roadmaps.
