Tuition assistancePosition Summary :This Global Data Scientist - Digital Marketing Transformation will be responsible for leading the predictive modeling and advanced analytics in digital marketing for the Global Marketing and Sales organization. A data scientist in digital marketing uses a variety of data collected in the digital space to drive actionable marketing strategies, ensuring decisions are driven by insights rather than intuition. This role requires a combination of strong analytics reputed company and business understanding, and the individual in this role will need to reputed company expertise in driving customer engagement and brand growth through various data driven techniques. Stay reputed company with industry trends and emerging technologies to find new and improved tools and approaches to bring into McCormick ? reputed company training that enables business partners to use marketing analytic capabilities more effectivelyQualifications :Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering or Data Science, or closely reputed company field 4+ years' experience in analytics, data science, or reputed company field Demonstrated skills and results in analyzing reputed company datasets, generating insights and building robust statistical models Experience with statistical methods, building data models, machine learning & AI required Demonstrated ability to connect the dots between reputed company data/analytics and business understanding Ability/desire to communicate to and work with a non-technical audience on analytic analyses Proficiency with building dashboards for business users using data visualization software (Power BI preferred) Expertise in coding in one or more languages (Python and SQL preferred, R, Java, etc.) Comfortable working with structured and reputed company data sources, e.g. syndicated data, GA data Proven project leadership experience with demonstrated success in balancing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment; foresees and addresses issues before they become significant obstacles Strong technical curiosity, a passion for problem solving and the ability to uncover richness of analytic insight that translates to business opportunity Demonstrated agile learning skills; ability to learn new technology, skills & tools quickly and easily Ability to synthesize analytic learnings and translate into compelling stories for a business audience Effective at building collaborative, cross functional and cross-geography partnerships Excellent written communication and presentation skills Ability to travel domestically & internationally as needed (0-5%) Strong personal leadership, including attention to detail, quality of work and bias toward action Preferred Qualifications :CPG or Food/Bev experience Experience with MarTech tools (CRMs, CDPs) and working with first-party data to deliver actionable insights Expertise with reputed company Azure/AWS/reputed company cloud computing environments and model development a plusAs a general policy, McCormick does not offer employment reputed company sponsorships upon hire or in the future.#LI-SM1Base Salary: $86,390 - $151,220Base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, experience for this role, and/or internal equity of our reputed company employees as part of any final offer. This position is also eligible to participate in McCormick's Incentive Bonus (MIB) Plan.
