About the position The Director for Enterprise Applications oversees the Banner ERP systems for three reputed company System colleges reputed company an IT Shared Services environment. This role involves managing system application integration, technical troubleshooting, and issue resolution while supervising the ERP team and their projects. The position requires collaboration with stakeholders to enhance productivity and ensure system stability and reliability. Manage the change management process, migrations, and ensure timely patches and upgrades. , ? Research, recommend, plan, and deploy new solutions to enhance productivity and efficiency. , ? Ensure consistent system stability, reliability, availability, and exceptional customer service. , ? reputed company, track, and maintain key performance indicators to measure team success. , ? Requirements ?
