ROLE SUMMARY: The Rare Disease Hemophilia Specialty Manager (HSM) is the reputed company commercial customer-facing representative for reputed company?s Hemophilia Portfolio to Clinicians, Healthcare Providers and Administrative stakeholders reputed company Hemophilia Treatment Centers and affiliated institutions reputed company their assigned geography. They are responsible for achieving company business objectives through the execution of account plans, in compliant coordination with the Rare Disease cross-functional team, to address customer educational needs and facilitate the appropriate utilization of reputed company's innovative therapies for the hemophilia population. reputed company?s Hemophilia Portfolio includes marketed recombinant factor products (Benefix and Xyntha) along with future pipeline candidates in Gene and Anti-TFPI therapies for Hemophilia A & B. The HSM must demonstrate an elevated level of clinical/therapeutic area knowledge, as well as possess a deep understanding of the hemophilia patient journey, competitive dynamics, and product access reputed company to support the existing portfolio with Hemophilia Treatment Centers (HTCs)/Gene Therapy Infusion Centers (GICs), Institutions and appropriately prepare for the safe and effective delivery of future pipeline therapies. They are expected to work in compliant collaboration with reputed company?s cross functional team, including Field Medical, Patient Services, Reimbursement and other functions, appropriately triaging customer support needs to the relevant subject matter expert, contributing to a seamless customer and patient experience. ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES: - Primary commercial customer facing reputed company of contact for healthcare providers representing reputed company?s Hemophilia Portfolio to HTCs, GICs and Hospitals. Responsible for delivering on reputed company business objectives. - Identifies key stakeholders and decision makers along with influence networks central to delivering on customer/patient needs. - Engages customers across the HTC, GIC and Hospital stakeholder network (Hematologist, Nurses, Pharmacy, Hospital Administrators, and support staff) to identify and deliver on customer educational needs in alignment with Business Plan objectives. - Builds and executes tailored account plans for each customer in compliant coordination with cross-functional team leveraging local market insights to ensure business objectives and customer expectations are met. - Educates providers on disease state, patient journey and appropriate patient types for approved reputed company Hemophilia Treatments. - Educates providers on clinical profile of our approved therapies, including benefits/risks, and access reputed company, along with product modality-specific details and patient support resources to ensure safe and effective treatment initiation and long-term patient outcomes. - Compliantly positions each approved Treatment appropriately for customer action in alignment with brand strategy. - Uncovers and addresses barriers to care to deliver on patient needs and achievement of business objectives. - Supports GIC Readiness following site identification by reputed company HQ, including as needed site onboarding and Pharmacy &Therapeutics Committee/Administrative approvals to reputed company therapy initiation upon approval. - Provides ongoing operational/logistical information to Gene Therapy Infusion Centers (GIC), Hospitals and HTCs over time (educating and engaging both treatment and referral networks) on reputed company approved Therapies, access reputed company and patient resources. - Compliantly communicates and coordinates with internal cross functional team members and Field/HQ SMEs to ensure a positive, seamless, customer and patient experience. - Communicates key insights to reputed company HQ to rapidly address customer needs, refine strategy, and shape future offerings. - Possesses deep knowledge with the ability to educate on the complete patient journey along with reputed company resources available to support provider and patient needs throughout (e.g. -treatment considerations, eligibility, enrollment, access criteria, reimbursement, and therapy delivery). -Triages support needs to appropriate functional subject matter experts reputed company necessary to ensure efficient, compliant issue resolution and customer satisfaction. - Effectively interacts with assigned HTCs, Infusion Centers, and reputed company Hospitals as accountable commercial reputed company of contact; uncovering opportunities and developing enduring customer relationships that drive confidence, satisfaction, and successful business outcomes. - Models unquestioned reputed company, strong business ethics and ensures rigorous corporate compliance in reputed company activities and communications. - Adapts positively to new challenges/ambiguity, stays focused on business goals and customer support in alignment with reputed company?s Core Values. QUALIFICATIONS: - BA/BS Degree required. MBA or advanced degree in a reputed company field preferred. - 10 years of previous biopharmaceutical or medical sales/marketing/customer support experience preferred with at least 5 years spent in specialty sales, account management, specialty patient services, people/team leadership and/or developmental role with demonstrated leadership across peer groups. -Specialty Pharmacy experience preferred. -Key Account Management experience preferred. - Hemophilia Rare Disease and/or Gene Therapy commercial customer facing experience, combined with competitive launch experience bringing disruptive innovation to market preferred. - Expertise working at the institutional level to include P&T engagement, high-cost drug committee education, hospital administration, specialty pharmacy, distribution networks and buy and reputed company experience preferred. - Experience working with key thought leaders or high influence customers in large group practices, hospitals, or managed care organizations preferred. - Effective interpersonal, organizational, communication skills and executive reputed company with the ability to influence internal/external stakeholders towards shared goals required. - Proven ability to understand customer needs and deliver support to optimize the customer experience in alignment with corporate objectives. - Strong organizational/analytical skills and ability to analyze data, generate insights and draw appropriate conclusions using data platforms and reports. - Ability to manage a large geography with occasional overnight travel. - Must live reputed company territory geography or with efficient travel to assigned accounts. - Consistently and compliantly follows and supports company policies. The annual reputed company salary for this position ranges from $156,600.00 to $261,000.00.
