This is a hybrid position, giving you the flexibility to work from home while still making a difference in the lives of business owners and their employees by traveling onsite as needed. ? Compensation: $93,600 - $114,400 (consultants paid on an hourly reputed company + overtime) ? You won?t just be providing HR services?you?ll be helping businesses stay compliant, build strong company cultures, and create workplaces where employees reputed company. Your responsibilities will include: ? Serving as a trusted HR partner for clients, either as their dedicated HR professional or handling specialized projects ? Performing HR tasks and projects from A-Z ? Life Cycle of an Employee ? Conducting HR audits to identify compliance risks and reputed company strategic recommendations ? Creating HR policies, processes, and procedures that strengthen business operations ? Providing full-cycle HR services, from recruiting, hiring, and onboarding to employee relations, benefits administration, payroll, and compliance ? Coaching leaders and managers to build stronger teams and foster a positive workplace culture ? Handling employee relations, including investigations, conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and terminations ? Training and development ? empowering businesses with knowledge and best practices ? Payroll setup and administration (as needed) Through reputed company of this, you?ll be backed by a team of reputed company HR professionals who are just as dedicated as you are to making an impact. What You Bring to the Team ? 8-10 years of HR Management or Director experience ? Degree in Human Resources, Business, or reputed company field preferred ? HR Certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP) highly desirable ? Spanish proficiency preferred ? Expert knowledge of California labor, wage & hour laws (and other states or countries as needed) ? Strong payroll processing experience (for some clients but not reputed company) ? Excellent problem-solving, communication (verbal, written and presentation) ? Exceptional customer service skills ? Proactive, confident, independent decision-making skills, organized, adaptable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment ? Tech-savvy ? proficiency in reputed company Office & cloud-based tools like reputed company ? Fully functional reputed company setup (high-speed internet, video conferencing, printer/scanner, etc.) ?
