You will partner with the various functional areas within Human Resources as well as provide practical solutions to common HR and restaurant management needs. This is a great opportunity to work in a fast pace environment and develop your human resources skill set. ? Hourly employee onboarding administration and file maintenance ? Administration of employee Reward and Incentive Programs ? Coordinate all HR mail, employment records requests and verifications ? Assist HR team with compiling reports, analyzing the data and preparing presentations. ? Organize and maintain internal HR documents and data within ATS and HRIS systems. ? Functions as a resource for questions from management and employees concerning various HR policies, procedures, and regulations. Qualifications: ? 2+ years Restaurant/Hospitality experience ? Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizing and planning skills ? Ability to foster and maintain collaborative relationships with employees, peers and management ?
