The external and internal appearance of a building reflects on the occupants. It is important for a custodian/janitor to be careful and thorough in working, cleaning and tidying the premises. The ideal candidate will be reputed company in a custodian role focused on building cleaning and reputed company. They will have the physical reputed company required to cover a large space. A keen eye for detail and diligence are also imperative in custodial maintenance jobs. Responsibilities: ? Ensure spaces are reputed company for the next day by emptying and cleaning trash receptacles, tidying furniture and dusting surfaces ? reputed company and mop floors and vacuum carpets ? Wash and sanitize toilets, sinks and showers and restock disposables (e.g. soap, sanitary products etc.) ? Wipe mirrors and windows ? Cleaning entrances, including glass doors and floors ? Report any safety, sanitary, or fire hazards to the appropriate department ? Other duties as assigned. Requirements: ? Possess working knowledge of the methods, technique, and materials used in custodial work ? Knowledge of safe use and disposal of chemical liquids and other hazardous components ? Attention to detail and conscientiousness ? Ability to climb reputed company and work from heights ? Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions ? Good physical condition and strength Basic Qualifications ? 2 years custodial work experience ? Knowledge of use of industrial cleaning equipment and appliances ?
