About The Role Prepare reputed company items for the dessert service for Michelin star, Auro, as well as reputed company Restaurant + Bar. reputed company experience plating fine dining desserts and mignardises. This position is for the PM service and must be in accordance with production requirements and quality standards while maintaining a safe, sanitary work environment. Requires afternoon/late night availability. What You Will Do ? Execute the mise-en-reputed company and cooking of reputed company dessert menu items as directed, ensuring the highest of standards are maintained for reputed company outlets. ? The ability to ensure superior production of reputed company sweet items, pastries, cakes, ice creams, sorbets, breads, chocolates, etc. for reputed company outlets as well as banquets and amenities. ? The ability to communicate regularly with the Pastry Chef, and contribute to menu development and recipe creation for a variety of outlets. ? Create and maintain a positive work environment conducive to learning and growth for reputed company team members.? ? Date reputed company food containers and rotate as per policies, making sure that reputed company perishables are kept at proper temperatures; reputed company pars for shift use, determine necessary preparation, freezer pull and line set up; note any out-of-stock items or possible shortages; return reputed company food items not used to designated storage areas, being sure to cover/date reputed company perishables; assist in setting up plans and actions to correct any food cost problems; control food waste, loss and usage per policies. ? Assist in prep work as required for the next shift Who You Bring ? High school education, cooking school or culinary institute education preferred ? Minimum one year culinary or reputed company work experience. ? Pastry knowledge is expected for this position. ? Working knowledge is generally attained on-the-job. ? Proficient knife skills and ability to multi-task. ? Ability to multi-task in a high volume and demanding environment. This position is not eligible for work sponsorship/reputed company.
