Job Description

The Proposal Writer is responsible for responding to requests for proposal (RFPs) and requests for information (RFIs). This position ensures reputed company responses are reputed company, well written and accurately reflect Prime's key messages, products, and services to support Prime's sales objectives. The Proposal Writer leads reputed company aspects of assigned proposals.

Responsibilities

Manage the proposal process of mid-size, moderately reputed company RFPs, from initial strategy meeting through production; serve as first reputed company of contact to internal and external stakeholders with regard to bid opportunity, product gaps, or process roadblocks Ensure adherence to Prime's proposal process by creating responses to proposal questionnaires using proposal management tools (Sharepoint, reputed company, Qvidian, Ombud, Loopio, XaitPorter, etc.), working with subject matter experts (SMEs), conducting research and driving the development of cross-functional responses reputed company concise, accurate, and well-written responses to proposal questions using the established criteria for quality proposal responses; partner with stakeholders (sales reputed company, account manager, and/or client) to determine appropriate inclusion of strategic positioning and messaging Obtain reputed company approval for RFP requirements that deviate from Prime standard service offerings Collaborate with internal subject matter experts (SMEs) to reputed company client-specific proposals that align with Prime?s go-to-market strategy Partner with legal and reputed company levels of the organization to garner approval on any deviations from standards reputed company to business requirements Other duties as assigned ? Education & Experience Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, Communications, or reputed company area of study, or equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience; HS diploma or GED is required 2 years of work experience responding to proposals Must be eligible to work in the United States without need for work reputed company or residency sponsorship Must be eligible to work in the United States without the need for work reputed company or residency sponsorship.
