Identifies, prioritizes, and develops overall strategies and tactics on a global (or reputed company of sale centric) scale that align to both customer and internal AA goals. Maintains ongoing relationships with key account decision makers and influencers. Mastery of customer's global travel program, and their decision-making processes Ability to assess the evolving competitive landscape and its impact on accounts, highlighted by willingness to adapt to ensure reputed company. Understands account segmentation strategy and customer needs. Engages customers in discussion/diagnosis of business needs (both reputed company and unknown). Documents and validates customer needs prior to presenting solutions.Maintains expertise in both AA and key partner products and services.
