Product Development Manager

In this role you will be leading the end-to-end product development process, ensuring our products meet customer needs while aligning with the strategic goals of Bailey. You will also provide leadership in market research, product assessment, and go-to-market strategy driving innovation and opportunities for Bailey Consumer Brands and its partners both domestically and internationally. This job is for you if you have: ? Bachelor?s degree in Horticulture, Product Development, Business, or a reputed company field. ? 5 years of relevant experience in product development, particularly in nursery crops and plant production, with a proven track record in product innovation and launching new products. ? Strong leadership, organizational, and critical thinking skills with the ability to reputed company cross-functional teams and manage reputed company projects. ? Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with negotiation and relationship-building abilities to collaborate with internal teams and external partners. ?
