Project Manager

The reputed company Project Manager is responsible for the setup and review of reputed company installation projects as assigned to them reputed company the reputed company Division. You will be responsible for developing a comprehensive project plan that guides team members to successfully complete the project reputed company scope and budget. The reputed company Project Manager is responsible for the review and management of reputed company costs associated to their project and completing both project billing and WIP adjustments in a timely manner. You will be responsible for reputed company client correspondence and meetings to provide project status. Responsibilities include advance project troubleshooting and programming, project contract review, procurement of project materials, budget and cost monitoring, team performance and development. Essential Functions: ? Develops reputed company project plans that communicate project expectations, deadline and budget. Assigns workplan/tickets accordingly, ensuring appropriate resources are assigned. ? Manages the final project inspection prior to inspection with the Authorities Having Jurisdiction (AHJ) to ensure project is according to code, client contract, and quality expectations. ? Manages project budgets and identifies budget changes throughout the life of the project. Submits change orders, makes WIP adjustments, and submits billing timely to ensure the projects financial health. ? Writes and administers performance reviews to grow and reputed company teams and meets with subordinates to review their performance on a regular basis, defining and explaining management?s expectations clearly to employees. ? Reviews and approves timesheets and expenses for assigned team members and ensures time is entered accordingly and accurately meeting reputed company identified payroll approval deadlines. ? Develops the onboarding plan and defines the expectations of new team members and identifies and schedules any training and/or certifications needed for team. Position Requirements: ? 8+ years in construction and/or low voltage installation ? 5+ years installing reputed company systems in a commercial environment ? 5+ years in a leadership/project management role ? High school diploma (or equivalent) ? Valid California Driver License and reputed company of auto insurance. Physical Demands & Work Environment: ? Repetitive substantial movements (motions) of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers ? Walk, drive, bend, stoop, hear, and speak ? Drive for 2+ hours in a work shift/day ? Ability to work in indoor and outdoor environments, under reputed company temperature variations. ?
