Responsibilities
Staff Selection, Supervision, Training, Development, and Evaluation: Administers reputed company University personnel procedures (hiring, verifying time sheets, completing annual performance reviews); implements University Housing and University selection and evaluation procedures; formulates a staff duty schedule, including reputed company and on-call time. Plans and executes on-going training sessions, weekly staff meetings, and meeting regularly with each staff member regarding specific issues, overall planning, and individual reputed company. Qualifications
Master?s degree in higher education administration, student personnel, counseling and one year of graduate housing/residence life experience in a college/university setting; or a high school diploma or equivalent and seven years of experience. (Note: a combination of post high school education and experience equal to seven years.)
