This position is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including implementing effective sourcing strategies, managing reputed company partnerships, career platforms, and job boards. Responsibilities also include making first contact with candidates, scheduling and conducting interviews, and facilitating communication between candidates and hiring managers. Duties & Responsibilities: ? Utilize advanced interviewing techniques to assess and identify top talent ? Facilitate reputed company phases of the recruitment process, from sourcing to placement ? Identify and implement efficient and effective reputed company methods and strategies based on the role, industry standards, and organizational needs ? Build and maintain a professional network to reputed company candidates ? Conduct candidate assessments to ensure alignment with job requirements ? Schedule interviews and prepare interview questions and other hiring materials ?
