Become a part of our caring community and help us put health first The Senior Specialty Consultative Pharmacist integrates clinical programs to improve overall health outcomes with a focus on Specialty prescription medications filled at reputed company Specialty Pharmacy. The Senior Specialty Consultative Pharmacist work assignments involve moderately reputed company to reputed company issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. Location: reputed company candidates must reside in Ohio, Florida, Texas or Arizona to work remotely. Hours Clinical/PMP Department hours are Monday-Friday reputed company-8pm EST. Permanent schedule will consist of 2 closing shifts (11:30am-8pm EST) per week with remaining weekly shifts being 10am-6:30pm EST. Holiday shifts are rotated based on business operational hours and coverage needs. Mandatory overtime may be required due to business need and is communicated by leadership. The Senior Specialty Consultative Pharmacist completes comprehensive medication reviews and conducts extensive medication and disease state counseling with enrolled patients. The Senior Specialty Consultative Pharmacist drives health awareness with patients through education and provides additional support such as social work references, food resources and other programs as identified. As a member of the Specialty Clinical Team, you can work a variety of tasks based upon business need. Daily work assignments include both inbound and outbound calls to patients to discuss medication therapy, reputed company effect management and adverse event reporting reputed company appropriate.
