With a commitment to excellence and sustainability, we manage and optimize water treatment and distribution systems as well as wastewater treatment facilities to ensure the delivery of safe and clean water to communities. ? *Position Overview:** We are seeking experienced Water & Wastewater Plant Operators (Circuit Riders) to join our team in Delta PA, Northern MD and Southern MD. The Circuit Rider Operators will play a pivotal role in the operation and maintenance of water and wastewater treatment facilities, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and the highest level of service to our clients. ? *Responsibilities:** - Operate, monitor, and maintain water and wastewater treatment processes and equipment. - Conduct routine inspections, tests, and adjustments to maintain water and effluent quality and system efficiency. - Perform maintenance and repairs on treatment equipment, pumps, distribution systems, and collection systems. - Monitor and record operational data, water quality, and effluent quality parameters, and system performance. - Respond to alarms, emergencies, and service interruptions to ensure the proper treatment of water and wastewater. - Perform sampling and testing of water and wastewater to comply with regulatory requirements. - Prepare and submit accurate reports to regulatory agencies as required. - Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve operational issues. - Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and environmental regulations. ? *Qualifications:** - High school diploma or equivalent; relevant college coursework or certifications in water and wastewater operations preferred. - State or local certifications as a Water & Wastewater Operator, as required by regulatory authorities. - Proven experience in water and wastewater treatment operations. - Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills. - Excellent organizational and record-keeping abilities. - Effective communication and teamwork skills. - Ability to work independently and adapt to changing conditions. - Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. ? *What We Offer:** - Competitive salary based on experience and certifications. - Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance and retirement plans. - Opportunities for professional development and continuing education. - Supportive and collaborative work environment. - Full-time, stable employment with a reputable industry leader. -Company vehicle (upon completion of training).
