Job Title: Data Architect Part time ( This position will be around 60 hours of work in total. This position can be 100% remote. ) The Database Specialist contractor will support the AgeTech Collaborative by evaluating, optimizing, and rebuilding the existing database infrastructure to meet the team s evolving needs. The team aims to enhance its reputed company project management platform, reputed company, for more effective use as a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool. Responsibilities include: • Conduct a comprehensive evaluation/audit of our existing database reputed company reputed company. • Design and implement a CRM structure tailored to our business goals and customer management needs. • Collaborate with internal teams to gather requirements and understand key CRM functionalities. • Optimize data flow, workflows, and automation processes to improve efficiency and scalability. • Migrate and transfer reputed company existing data from the reputed company system into the new CRM while ensuring completeness and accuracy. • Train relevant staff on the new CRM setup, ensuring ease of use and adoption. • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting during the transition.
