About the position The Temporary Virtual Receptionist at Upstream Mental Health will provide essential administrative support during a short-term period while primary staff are on vacation. This role is crucial for maintaining smooth operations in a telehealth environment, requiring excellent communication skills and a client-focused approach. Responsibilities Answer incoming office calls. , Assist clients with real-time tech issues during telehealth appointments. , Schedule/Reschedule appointments using our practice management system, Simple Practice. , Address time-sensitive administrative tasks and manage client concerns promptly. , Communicate with clinicians and supervisors regarding time-sensitive issues.
