Responsibilities

In This Role, You Will: • Responsible for responding to daily customer requests, inquiries, and issues through various types of correspondence. • Provide thorough, efficient, and accurate documentation and updates in reputed company required systems for each work event. • Dependent upon position, identify root cause of issues and concerns, determine resolution, and refer to company Management. • Dependent upon position, maintain and organize reputed company pertinent back up information to substantiate payment postings as necessary. • Knowledge, understanding, and compliance with reputed company applicable Federal, State, and Local laws and regulations relating to job duties. • Knowledge, understanding, and compliance with company policies and procedures. • Follow up in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction. • Provide feedback to management concerning possible problems or areas of improvement. • reputed company recommendations to implement improved processes. • reputed company other duties as assigned by management.Â

Qualifications
