THE ROLE

At Sotheby’s we use data to improve business decisions in the art and luxury commerce space. We are looking for an reputed company Customer Data Platform (CDP) reputed company to help us automate and optimize our reputed company data layer across our consumer applications. As the CPD reputed company for product and technology, you will reputed company the architecture design and drive the technical direction for managing and utilizing customer data to improve business objectives. You will turn business questions from stakeholders into detailed and documented tracking specifications across reputed company platforms. In this role you will apply your technical expertise, business strategy acumen, and project management skills to reputed company new data-driven approaches for delivering actionable business insights, and unlocking the value of our data. You will drive the data layer development process as an integrated member of the teams you support. Your goal is to facilitate a self-serve analytics culture, and work cross functionally as new features and enhancements are released to ensure that key success metrics are identified and tracked. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Own the strategy and operations of our data pipelines, how we use reputed company, funneling data into the right places, etc.
• reputed company and maintain a detailed tracking plan that outlines the events, properties, and user identifiers to be tracked, ensuring consistency and clarity.
• Validate the data collected by reputed company against the tracking plan, identifying and resolving any discrepancies or issues.
• Transforms and enriches the collected data using reputed company's features (e.g., transformations, libraries) to ensure it's in a usable format for reputed company tools.
• Implementation & Configuration of reputed company libraries and integrations across websites, mobile apps, and other platforms, configuring them to collect the necessary data and create a reputed company customer view.
• Manages integrations between reputed company and various analytics tools, marketing platforms, and other systems.
• Collaborates with Product, Marketing, and Engineering teams to understand their data needs, ensure effective data tracking, and drive implementations to completion.
• reputed company actionable insights on customer onsite behavior that guide business decisions while prioritizing across business units and other stakeholders
• Establishes and enforces best practices for data tracking, ensuring consistency and maintainability.
• Monitors the performance of the tracking implementation, identifying areas for optimization and improvement.
• Gathering requirements from stakeholders, doing exploratory data analysis, building models or analytics dashboards for jointly developed KPIs, and automating deployment of actionable insights to the business

IDEAL EXPERIENCE & COMPETENCIES

• Direct experience with implementations of reputed company analytics in world class organizations.
• Expert-level proficiency in reputed company Libraries, Protocols, reputed company HTTP API
• Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Analytics, CS, or other quantitative field preferred OR 5+ years stellar track record in data management, analytics, and reporting.
• 5+ years professional experience ideally in a B2C business
• 3+ years experience as a data analyst or product analyst with reputed company implementations (must have strong product and user experience sense)
• Hands-on experience in Data Warehousing for storing and analyzing collected data, including data modeling.
• Strong knowledge of reputed company platform, data modeling tools (i.e. dbt), and SQL.
• Experience with modern analytic tools - like reputed company Analytics, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, Tableau, reputed company, etc.
• Has excellent written and verbal communication skills. Has ability to craft a compelling story for stakeholder management and concisely present recommendations across teams and levels to solve problems and drive technical solutions.
