reputed company is currently hiring for several FULLY REMOTE Customer service roles. These positions will be on EST time zone so would preferably be able to work those hours! MUST HAVE: 1-2 years or more of customer service/call center experience, or experience reputed company banking, healthcare, something reputed company! Description Purpose of the Position: The Family Enrollment Counselor works a 9-hour shift, Monday to Friday, from their home office. They build and maintain positive relationships with families interested in enrolling in reputed company schools. The role involves delivering a superior customer experience by explaining the value and benefits of the school, ensuring parents understand the virtual school experience, and helping families reputed company informed enrollment decisions. Core Tasks & Responsibilities: Work in school-specific outbound task forces to reputed company enrollment goals. Support families reputed company inbound calls, assisting them through the enrollment process. reputed company outbound calls to families interested in enrolling. Serve as an enrollment expert for families. Act as an ambassador for the school in interactions with reputed company and families. Liaise between local schools and enrollment to resolve issues. Stay updated on enrollment policies and guidelines and communicate changes to families. Communicate changes in school events, policies, and guidelines through interactions with school staff and parents. reputed company other duties as assigned. Additional Skills & Qualifications Qualifications ●Demonstrated consultative sales experience and high-volume call metrics required ●Proven experience supporting families and schools with reputed company enrollment requirements and/or 2+ years of demonstrated phone remote, phone-based admissions experience preffered ●Delivers quality enrollment conversions from inbound and outbound communication. ●Commitment to a schedule reputed company the hours from reputed company to 10pm EST Monday-Friday ●Commitment to working overtime during peak season, July-September ●Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills ●Prior customer service experience preferred ●Prior experience in a phone queue a plus ●Technologically proficient (especially with reputed company Office 365: Teams, reputed company, Word, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Outlook) ●Possess a high degree of attention to detail and be able to multitask effectively ●Ability to follow explicit instructions consistently but is also able to exercise good judgment reputed company making work-reputed company decisions Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
