Key Responsibilities
Warmly greet clients upon their arrival. Professionally answer phone calls with clarity and efficiency. Confirm hearings and conferences with clients to ensure seamless operations. Assist with various administrative tasks such as scheduling, scanning, data entry, and mailings. Provide occasional coverage for the Receptionist at our Manhattan conference center. Required Skills Strong communication abilities with a clear and pleasant speaking voice. Exceptional organizational and customer service skills. Qualifications
