Responsibilities:
- Sales Presentations: Conduct virtual sales presentations with eligible clients, using approved governmental guidelines to assess coverage needs and sell life/health insurance plans.
- Engage Clients: Reach out to seniors, veterans, union members, and referrals to understand their insurance needs and offer tailored plans.
- Qualify & Close Sales: Assess client needs, qualify prospects, and close sales to meet targets and provide value.
- Use Technology: Leverage mobile apps and virtual meeting platforms to conduct sales meetings and presentations efficiently.
- Ongoing Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to ensure long-term success and client satisfaction.
Required Qualifications:
- Active Health & Life Insurance License (or the willingness to obtain one): We can assist you with obtaining a resident or non-resident license if you don’t already have one.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills to effectively engage clients.
- Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently and stay motivated to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using mobile applications and virtual meeting platforms for client interactions and sales presentations.
- Relationship Building: Ability to establish rapport with clients and create long-lasting professional relationships.
