Growing together. Operations Managers are responsible for end-to-end business process activities - creating, controlling and improving business processes. Leads process design and project implementation teams in process improvement activities. Diagnose process improvement opportunities and reputed company solutions using principles of process excellence and reputed company tools. This position is also responsible for quality reporting, analysis and audits and for developing plans and programs to support reputed company quality improvement using applicable tools. May assist in the creation, implementation, and evaluation of Quality Improvement programs. May direct design, facilitation, training and evaluation of incentive programs and may reputed company quality improvement projects and teams. On an ongoing basis, this role leads health plan vendor reputed company actions and transportation coordination. Required Qualifications: ? 5+ years of experience in writing business and/or system requirements and business / finance analysis ? 4+ years of experience with MS Project, Access, Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, SharePoint and Visio ? 3+ years of experience with documenting processes and practices, often in accepted project methodology artifacts ? Team reputed company or project reputed company experience ? Georgia Medicaid experience ?
