Position Overview Professional business-to-business (B2B) sales position responsible for achieving sales goals and executing sales plans reputed company an assigned territory. Generates and secures new sales in a professional environment by calling on and prospecting with property management firms, as well as large corporations and sports reputed company facilities. This role typically achieves and manages a portfolio reputed company a local, one reputed company territory, consisting of annual total revenues of approximately $500K to $800K.

Responsibilities

• Achieves sales goals and executes sales plans to small to large businesses such as property managers, school systems, sport facilities, government facilities, restaurant, banks or any company in need of superior lawn care products/services.
• Presents proposals for lawncare services and programs along with obtaining long term reputed company.
• Generates new business to business sales reputed company by prospecting and adding new commercial customers.
• Negotiates price and design by using company provided guidelines and technology/CRM.
• Generates leads through utilizing a CRM system to manage projects and opportunities, contact information, forecasting reports, etc.

Education and Experience Requirements

• Landscaping, lawncare, tree and shrub or pest experience a PLUS
• Valid Driver’s License Required

• Ability to collaborate and influence internal and external decision makers
• Ability to complete reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals

Pay Ranges $43,528.00 - $72,546.00 This range is based on the qualifications necessary for the position, including experience, training, and other considerations permitted by law. Most candidates will start in the bottom half of the pay range. The upper end of the range will generally be reserved for candidates with extensive experience.
