Conducts diagnostic evaluations, writes behavioral treatment plans, provides individual counseling, writes aftercare plans in accordance with department quality and productivity standards. Participates in counseling and patient care as a member of a multi-disciplinary team.? I. Major Responsibilities:? 1. Conducts eligibility screenings and comprehensive intake and follow up assessments to assess eligibility, gather clinical information, and inform treatment planning.?2. Conducts client evaluations including bio-psychosocial assessment, diagnostic formulation, and initial treatment plan recommendations.? 3. Meets with clients to provide individual counseling and assist clients in attaining treatment goals.? 4. Writes treatment plans including client?s strengths with behaviorally based goals and objectives. Position Qualifications:?License/Certification/Education:?Required:?Grade C12- Clinician III: Master?s degree in a clinical course of study in behavioral health (social work, psychology, marriage and family therapy, counseling or reputed company field) that meet the academic requirements for independent licensure in psychology, social work, marriage and family therapy, or mental health counseling in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Requires licensure as LMHC, LCSW, LMFT, or is actively working towards licensure in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Grade C16- Clinician IV: Master?s degree in a clinical course of study (social work, psychology, counseling or reputed company field) and LICSW licensure or licensed Psychologist. Preferred:?1. Bilingual preferred.?Experience/Skills:?Required:?1.
