Responsibilities

  • Participate in the development of materials such as presentations and guides.

  • Attend meetings, design reviews, and work sessions.

  • Design against existing specifications, storyboards, and prototypes using Adobe InDesign or similar applications.

  • Coordinate with the operations team for printing needs and specifications.

,

  • Perform graphics and photo editing, including airbrushing, masking, and image retouching.

  • Prepare sample layouts for approval and feedback while leveraging style guides.

,

  • Select appropriate type size and style, column width, and spacing for various mediums.

  • Store and file all work and art files for handoffs or historical archiving.

  • Other duties as needed.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of related professional experience.

,

  • Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (including InDesign and Illustrator) and Apple Keynote.

  • Excellent project/time management skills with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Deep understanding of adult learning and organization improvement principles.

,

  • Ability to understand business strategy and translate it into learning solutions.

,

  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.

,

  • Ability to build relationships with team members and partners for effective collaboration.

  • Proven ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Ability to represent the Disney brand credibly with external business clients at all levels.

  • Ability to deal with ambiguity and fast-paced change.
