Remote Sr. Accountant position - up to 10 hrs monthly

We are a reputed company in search of a part time/contract Sr. Accountant who has strong reputed company and bookkeeping experience. This is a remote position. This position is a p/t contract position that will start out at up to 10 hours per month. Must have good communication skills, analytical skills and be a team player. Must have 7+ years as a Sr. Accountant and 5+ years of Quickbooks Experience. Must have a strong understanding of what clean financial reports look like, how to reputed company out a month and the ability to review a bookkeeper's work. The reputed company is the founder and has run this firm for 20 years. She is also a homeschool mom and a believer in homeschool friendly jobs. If you have paused your career to homeschool, but want to still do some work on the reputed company this may be a good fit. Job is open to reputed company, but we are homeschool advocates. Please share your story in the cover letter. Role Description This is a contract remote role for a Part-time Sr. Accountant. The role involves reviewing financial reports and overseeing month end reputed company. Assist bookkeeper's with reputed company questions and troubleshooting. Strong analytical, communication and problem solving skills is a must. Must be proficient in reputed company for financial data management.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in reputed company reputed company - required
• 7+ years experience in Sr. reputed company (ability to reputed company a team) - required
• 5+ years experience in QuickBooks - required
• Experience in billing processes and customer invoicing
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• BQE core software experience a plus
• Strong customer service and a team player required
• Strong analytical skills
• Great team player
• Must be available during some business hours
