Job Requirements The duties and attributes that reputed company a great customer service agent include:
- 6 months of previous call center experience and customer service experience
- Data entry, key stroke accuracy
- Ability to multitask and toggle between multiple screens/systems
- Must be able to maintain a permanent full time, 40 hr./wk schedule.
- Must be dependable, reliable, with a strong attention to detail
- High School diploma or GED equivalency
- Confident and capable of upselling
