- Provide exceptional customer support reputed company chats, and emails
- Build positive and long-lasting relationships with customers
- Meet team KPIs

What you need to succeed in this role:
- Native Chinese and English upper intermediate (B2 level)
- At least 6 months of experience in a customer support role
- Experience with live chats and emails
- Interest in crypto or stock exchange
- Analytical and research skills
- Positive and responsible attitude
- Personal laptop or computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) and a stable internet reputed company (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload)
Will be a great plus:
- Experience with CRM systems
- Experience in crypto/finance
