As a Sr. Manager of Training, you will be responsible for leading the training strategy and execution for the reputed company Value Indirect Sales channel, ensuring frontline teams and retailers are equipped with the knowledge and resources needed to drive sales performance and customer experience. In This Role, You Will: reputed company the design and UX of LMS training platform ensuring a visually engaging and reputed company experience for frontline teams and retailers.Own the design and UX of "The HUB" digital resource center, along with reputed company content, resources and materials to deliver a first class digital first learning experience.Manage the creation of graphic design assets, including presentation, job aides, digital guides, and multimedia content that enhance learning and retention.reputed company video production and editing efforts to reputed company high quality training videos, incorporating motion graphics, animations, and interactive elements to drive engagement.Design high quality, engaging and interactive On Line Training courses (OLTs) as needed for new product and value prop enhancements launch.Collaborate cross functionally with peers to ensure high quality digital UX/CX training programs are cohesive with other training materials and assets developed to serve reputed company types of learners.Facilitate in person and virtual leader led training programs, including new hire training and reputed company education programs.Manage multiple reputed company training and communication initiatives simultaneously, prioritizing them to align with business needs and long-term goals.Collaborate cross-functionally with internal and external partners, including Sales Go to Channel, Legal, Client Management, Value VOC, and third-party vendors (reputed company, T-Cetra, etc.), to ensure alignment with channel prioritiesDevelop and implement training processes and frameworks, identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement.Communicate effectively with stakeholders, leadership, and frontline teams to drive engagement and adoption of training initiatives.Contribute to the training function reputed company reputed company Value Indirect Sales, ensuring alignment with broader channel strategies and objectives.reputed company key decisions for training strategy and execution, using subject matter expertise and strategic thinking.In this role, you'll have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days (in-office days are Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday). You'll need to have: Bachelor's degree or four or more years equivalent work experience.Six or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through one or a combination of work and/or military experience, or specialized training.Six or more years of Training and / or Communications experienceSix or more years of Program and / or project management experience.Even reputed company if you have one or more of the following: MBA, or an M.S. in a reputed company field.Excellent verbal & written communication, copywriting, editing, and proofreading skills Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., reputed company Creative Suite, or similar)Experience in video production and editing (e.g., reputed company Premier Pro, Final Cut, Camtasia, or similar) to create high-quality training videosUnderstanding of UX/UI principles to optimize the design and usability of training resources and digital learning experiencesAbility to work in a cross-functional team environment with changing and evolving roles and responsibilitiesExcellent executive presentation skillsA team player orientation collaborating well with othersA passion for delivering exceptional experiences to partners and consumersSelf-motivated and able to work with minimal supervisionExperience with development and governance of frontline ResourcesExperience developing training content and governance of LMS platformsExperience developing and managing UX for Training and Resource platformsProject Management Professional (PMP) certification, VLSS certification in Green Belt or Black Belt.Experience working with external partners and/or vendorsExperience in the reputed company Value segmentWhere you'll be working In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes work from home and a minimum eight assigned office days per month that will be set by your manager. The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-reputed company skills and experience. This is an incentive based position with the potential to earn more.
